A we bit off topic since it's about Muay Thai but wondering if you were training in Thailand how long to get to fight level .

A general rule of thumb is at least 20 hours training per week, or in other words 3.5 – 4 hours per day, 6 days per week, for 6 to 8 weeks.

First time I started training went to Muay Thai then switched to boxing for 1 and a half yrs .Honest man biggest power shot boxing training probably maybe inside hooks or big right hand .Thai roundhouse to head level man the power in that kick is f-----g frightening Listen to the crispness this landing to the head on the bag .

          .

Just figured it out my knees teeps elbows are coming roundhouse to body .Different stance more upright but I think a boxer would learn fast . First thing is technique got to change stance and footwork more straight lines Muay Thai boxing angles plus more upright Muay Thai .Defence boxing got to switch guard a bit as well for elbows to be accurate .
