    For those of you who take or have taken protein powders. Have y'all seen a significant improvement in your physiques(of course, with a good diet and consistent workouts) compared to as when you did not take them.

    Yes, I have a shake before and after workouts. Usually take 150 grams of protein a day including powders and food.

      The protein powder doesn't do anything special. All it is is a supplement to help you get in your daily protein. Its the same as if you were to eat a chicken breast.
