Wladimir's last fight on US Soil at Madison Square Garden.
The opponent: Sultan Ibragimov
Round One:
Wladimir and Sultan jabs at each other. Tenative start from both men. Wladimir jabs, jabs, moves to the right and circles Sultan who is jabbing. Wladimir jabs and follows it up with 3-4 quick short jabs. Wladimir continues circling, he paws. Wladimir walks towards Sultan and jabs, great jabs from Wladimir as he takes control via Jabs.

Wladimir continues to jab. Sultan jabs in return but his jab is not as effective as Wladimir's jabs. Wladimir jabs and three more jabs in quick succession. Wladimir really taking control now, Wladimir jabs 3-4 times in rapid succession. They jab for the rest of the round.

Wladimir continues to jab, I think he threw a right hand. Wladimir's jabs are now connecting at a regular rate. Lennox Lewis is commentating the HBO Version and he is very happy with Wladimir's jabs. (GREAT JABS FROM WLAD says Lennox)
Wladimir jabs some more and he continues to circle around Sultan. Oh beautiful jab as Sultan jabs back. Great ring generalship. Sultan jabs and paws. But too late Wlad round.

Sultan have stopped trying as Wladimir continues to jab.
Lennox Lewis appeared to have stopped talking as Lamprey urges Lewis to speak his mind. Wladimir jabs.

Wladimir continues am amazing jab rate. He jabs and he THROWS A RIGHT HAND. He goes back to jabbing quickly when Sultan counters with a right of his own. Wladimir wins the round by jabbing out the last minute.

Wladimir have picked up the jab rate and is now jabbing at twice the speed from Round seven. Beautiful. Wladimir continues to jab away and jabs Sultan three times in rapid succession. Sultan jabs bach, but Wladimir finishes with a rapid series of jabs.

Wladimir jabs and jabs and jabs , waits, jab-jab-jab-jab-jab and Sultan is now confused by Wladimir's jabbing. Wladimir throws a right, but quickly pulls back and jabs when Sultan appeared to rush forward. Sultan jabs in return.

Wladimir opens the round by jabbing and Sultan jabs back. Wladimir circles to the left and jabs from a different position.

Wladimir jabs and jabs, he appear to have fallen into a rhythm. Not much action in this round, but Wladimir finishes it off with 3-4 more jabs.

Wladimir opens up with a series of jabs. He circles to the right and pushes Sultan against the ropes via jabs. Sultan jabs in return, he is game. Wladimir jabs and jabs. Wladimir jabs and lost his balance, quickly recovers to jab more.
