What people were describing as UFO's similar to the ones in your cartoon pic were prototype drones. You ever see the documentar Mirage Men? If you haven't you need to watch it. I also think UFOS are military projects, but isn't that just as weird? I mean, think about it, these guys spy on people making love nowadays, and our whole lives are scrutinized in the same way.
