    Here's my training journal for the next 1 month, Grappler's Quest is on May 22 and I actually want to be in shape this time.

    April 9-19th I attended BJJ camp in Brazil. 10 days of intense training for about 6 hours a day...


    April 20-22 REST

    Today, Friday April 23

    Weigh Training- Biceps and Triceps


    First day back with the weights, felt good but I know I'll be sore tomorrow. Tomorrow I have BJJ as long as this diarreah I'm fighting right now isn't killing me.......

      Felt good today, poop problems almost all gone. Did BJJ from 12pm-2pm, tomorrow I have to work so I won't be able to make BJJ.

      BJJ was open mat and I focused on some of the stuff I learned at BJJ camp. Tried to work my spider guard a bit more and I did well hitting a few sweeps from there. I kept the gi on all day but plan on working more no-gi soon for the tournament.

      5:15pm-6:30pm did a leg workout and 10 mins cooldown cardio on the bike.

              BJJ for 2 hours with the gi, worked on Delariva guard, which I suck at. Also did some guard passing and some open guard work. I Suck.

              OH yea and I'm still getting owned by mad diarreah everyday. Peace

                11am BJJ

                Worked on Triangles and omaplatas with the gi. In live rolling I did well with passing the guard and finally hit one of the sweeps I recently learned from spider guard. Against one of the whitebelts I worked my triangles and armbars well.

                Skipped lifting and running today (oops)
