      Fish are vertebrates.

I see your point, but just making sure you got your terminology straight.

And it further proves, just how mentally dependent some guys are on a religious belief-system that is flawed and inaccurate.

If you look at the bone records, Humans just kinda popped up out of no where. There is no gradual transition from early Hominids to the humans we have today.

Evolution can not explain this sudden jump that happened only 50,000 years ago.

So is gravity, yet you wouldn't jump off a 10 story building.

Evolution is the most plausible explanation thus far. The biblical view of creation is filled with so many holes that it does not warrant a logical discussion.

You're somewhat to very confused, if you're referring to the LAW of Gravity.

Gravitation is a natural phenomenon by which physical bodies appear to attract each other with a force proportional to their masses.

Quite different from a theoretical hypothesis.

There are also huge gaping holes in the theory of evolution, that no one has successfully explained -- hence, the reason this theory has never been able to transition to the level of a scientifically proven explanation.

Yes, it explains the attraction, but it does not tell you why they attract each other. Einstein's Theory of General Relativity explains why.
