Wich is better breakfest. Is it cerials with milk or muesli with milk? They have both about the same amount of protein in it. And it says there on cerials that it has vitamins there too.But the muesli has oat and wheat in it.

Cooked oatmeal with some soymilk and fresh fruit....muesli is usually insanely high in fat and most refined cereals are garbage foods basically innoculated with synthetic vitamins.

I agree, get some oats into your system...by far the best. If you're like me and you dont like oats on their own, add some sultanas for a very very nice breakfast
