Nicole Scherzinger and a few X Factor crew members got a giant scare while in Mexico, when a gang of heavily armed men held them at gunpoint for no particular reason.
“X Factor” judge, Scherzinger, 33, was shooting the music video for her new single, “Try With Me,” south of the border, in sunny Mexico.
But the trip turned awry when the bulletproof SUV the former *****cat Dolls singer and “X Factor” choreographer Brian Friedman were riding in, was pulled over by local gunmen.
“We were held at gunpoint,” Friedman said about the incident in the mountains of the Xilitla rainforest located in San Luis Potosi in the Huastecha region of Mexico.
“There were M-16s and Berettas!” he remembered.
The X Factor team was thankfully released unscathed, and have since returned to their normal routines.
