Strength - Chen zhen. younger and based on his fighting style more of a power fighter than Ip Man. plus he put a beat down on yao ming's brother.
Speed - Ip Man. More of a counter puncher. plus he took on an entire gang armed with weapons.
Stamina - Ip Man. Took on 3 masters didnt break a sweat. starving and poor, took 10 black belts.
