When Nino Benvenuti kicked the towel his corner had thrown in out of the ring and attempted to keep fighting Monzon in their second bout.

Carmen Basilio having to be restrained by police after pushing and shouting the ref after the referee stopped one of his bouts with Gene Fullmer in what seemed premature.

The soft spot in the ring for the No Mas fight which Leonard kept stumbling on.

I think the only boxing anecdote I can think of is Arturo Godoy still trying to fight Louis after being beaten to a pulp and the fight had been stopped.
