What's everyones thoughts on the first half of season 2?

S2 eps 1-5 ?

Compared to S1 eps 1-5 ?

S1 eps 1-5 did everything to hook me on the show

S2 eps 1-5 is doing everything to unhook me so far

the second season is good, but if i never saw season 1, i probably would have stopped following

I didn't like the first 3 episodes of this season, not much happened. But the last 2 episodes have been great imo.

I would enjoy a few more battle scenes, although I think they must be costly to produce. I'm anxious to see how the war proceeds however.

I've watched all the episodes so far of both seasons.

I know the war events have been on the back burner recently, but I was just saying. I haven't really read the books (halfway through the first actually), so I don't know what the coming events are though.

Past couple episodes have been awesome, but I cant really get into Stannis Baratheon or Balon Greyjoy... both storylines are just kinda boring, for now at least.
