my ****in spine, is being ripped out everytime i throw a punch, it hurts like **** through out the whole day. hurts like **** in the beggining of training, then it's good, i dont feel **** until after training, which it starts killing me again, and so another day with a painful back
the pain is in the top thoracic of the spine(that's the point of your spine which is alingned across with your shoulder blades, right before reaching your neck right before reaching the middle of the spine)
anyway, i should probabley go to the docs, but im pretty sure she's sick of see'ing me every couple of weeks, so what? should i continue training with the bad back?, it's no problem when im right into the exercises, just after and before, esspecially after, absoloute killer pain
