I duck and/or Weave into my right hook quite a bit (Im a southpaw,) is this bad because it seems to be more powerful and quicker.

It's not bad. If you do it fast, the other person will miss your head/body and hit your shoulder and you go for the hook into the side of the body or head.

when you throw the hook to the bopdy?? or head??? if you weave or dip when your throwing it to the head, the power in that punch will be lost, a perfect hook is thrown with everything chin level, so if your arms are up high adn your face is down low, its gonna be a overhand right then a right hook
