k im 14 and i got braces can i compete competitivly with braces or must i wait to get them of i was gonna ask my trainer but forgot so ill ask u guys please answer if u know thanx

no, it'll cost a lot of money to keep replacing your braces when the pressure of a punch makes them pop off the glue, also hurts like hell when they **** up your mouth and it will happen every punch

mouthguard? and my braces get replaced for free so thts not an issue

With a mouthguard over your braces your teeth will hurt like a ***** when punched, the gap between the mouthguard and the teeth gives room for the recoil to snap back
