    Any advice on mouth guards single or double unsure which one to go for

    I have sparred and competed for years with the same $0.99 boil and fit mouthpiece. Never have had any dental problems.

      Same here.... but I've seen people lose caps with the cheapies. (mine is a 1.99 nike special) Mine fits flawlessly though, very lucky on the boil and fit part I guess.

      Honestly, I think its worth it to check with a dentist/orthodontist and possibly look into some of the mouth pieces that'll insure your dental work if its shown that the guard didn't protect correctly.

        Single.

        You don't need to spend much money. As long is it fits properly, it should be fine.

          Dont go for double mouthguards.

          They make breathing real difficult.
