The Wilder/Haymon groupies like Scipio2009, WBCWBAIBF, and MotorcityCobra are the worst offenders of this. They act like business experts when in reality they don't know ****.

Bolded part: You have a good point here. I'm not defending Larry. Your post is great.

What I wanna add is that people change and develop. People mature out of things. The level of business talk here, instead of boxing talk, is crazy man. Maybe that's what Larry is getting to.

Cheers man, and didn't mean to butt in.

But intuitively nsb knows what's what.

It is just that people do not know how to articulate thoughts or dont take time to think about how to because they find talking about technical aspects as boxing as boring

If you look at polls , nsb is usually right

I remember broner vs maidana , nsb poll was 50-50 whereas sportsbook had maidana 4 to 1 underdog

I've talked about this over & over & I believe it comes down to the big fights not happening often enough that us hardcore fans have started talking more & more about how the sausage is made type topics. If we had high profile pickem fights going on month in, month out, year in, year out then I suspect that sh^t wouldn't get talked about as much or we'd be talking about the actual boxing more anyway. But I mean look at the current schedule of notable fights & the odds on those fights.

            (May)
ESPN BJS (-5000) vs Isufi (+2000)
DAZN Taylor (-570) vs Ivan Baranchyk (+435)
DAZN Inoue (-850) vs Rodriguez (+575)
Showtime Wilder (-940) vs Breazeale (+620)
Showtime GRJ (-4500) vs Martinez (+1800)
            (June)
DAZN Joshua (-3000) vs Ruiz (+1500)
DAZN GGG (-5500) vs Rolls (+2200)
DAZN Briedis (-300) vs Glowacki (+250)
DAZN Dorticos (-300) vs Tabiti (+240)
ESPN Fury (-3600) vs Schwarz (+1800)
            (July)
DAZN? Whyte (-550) vs Rivas (+400)
            Fox?/Showtime? Thurman (-135) vs Pacquiao (+115)

Wtf we supposed to be talking about when most of these fights aren't really close fights that people see as 50/50ish & in some cases don't even see as competitive? We ain't got a high profile pickem type fight til Thurman vs Pacquiao in 9ish weeks from now ffs. And idk that people are exactly falling over themselves in excitement for that since Thurman ain't look that good at points last time out & Manny could play his father in a movie about himself at this point in his life.

                Floyd.

Yet another reason I'm not a huge fan of his, even though I respect him as the greatest fighter of his generation.

Plus, as I say again, once we took boxing off of television in America, we took it out of the hands of the real fans who love the sport and put it into the hands of the cynical and greedy only.

We don't see our favorite fighters on TV enough to talk about their technique and victories now, so the cynical and greedy fans just count other cats pockets.

Well, it doesn't help that the boxers themselves are becoming businessmen

The "boxing fans" you speak of are nothing but losers who make everyone look bad because they vicariously live through the people they watch.

Even yourself man. Be honest. Dont tell me that you were so "upset" when people just screamed Canelo is the A side. Or Joshua is the A side. Blah blah.

And dont even get mad. That's the truth. If you cant handle the truth dont ask dumb ass questions.

All of you guys just play games. Race games. Favorite fighter games. Trolling games.

To top it off you never and all these other people never call anyone out for making them look like ****. So many classes people here who know absolute **** about boxing.

I'm a big Lomachenko fan and GGG fan and I feel I'm very objective. But how do you have a real conversation when all you f.ucks are like hehe, mr. 97k. GGGtards. L0m0. **** like that?

                    Tell me dude.

Let's analyze those two objectively and they are some of the best boxers of this era. The problem is they ain't black, or Mexican, or British, or American. Nah, they're the hated eastern euros who are nothing but bums. They're also the biggest rivals to some of your own favorite fighters so you hate them regardless and refuse to acknowledge anything they do.

Take Mikey Garcia for example. Some of you guys are just completely dumb as **** for even giving him a chance. The best shot he had was a punchers chance but for days and weeks and weeks some of the people were nothing but a cancer. Did you call them out? I know I did.

Who the **** in their right mind picks a lightweight moving up 2 classes who has no outstanding attributes and expects him to dethrone someone who is bigger, stronger, and faster than himself?

And serious dude. If you're just trolling gtfoh

Most fans nowadays are fans of promoters or networks and not the fighter. The fighter switched promoters and now they like them. Mahotor City Cobra is the perfect example. Bashing DAZN and Top Rank.

Right now is the best time to be a fan. Multiple cards in the USA every weekend. Instead of of hating should be embracing.
