  • Supplements and vitamins...What do you take???

    Currently, I don't really take any supplements as I only work out to stay in shape (not fighting shape), I'm not looking to make any huge gains or losses.

    As far as vitamins, I do take quite a few. I take a men's daily multi, vitamin e, vitamin c, folic acid, fish oil caps (omega 3's), and a probiotics capsule to put healthy bacteria in my intestinal system.

    What do you guys take?

        I have found it to be with me, I've known of people who benefited nothing from it. It is one of those pills that a person doesnt have to take but if it works great then continue....


        Im in a rare percent to where I can say it has helped me, I know a lot of people dont like it.....

          Best supplement I can suggest is gluatmine. It does wonders for your immune system. It also minimizes the breakdown of muscle tissue and improve protein metabolism. Basically your muscles rejuvinate faster and muscle growth is slightly increased.

                Ha. . .ha. . .ha. . . that should be the centrum silver for people 50 yrs and above. There's a regular centrum though.
