If it doesn't cause pain then it is fuck all! Unless it restricts your movement or causes pain, don't think about it. Consult your GP is symptoms persist.Last edited by JulioCesaChavez; 12-02-2008, 09:49 AM.

I have no idea why it happens, but it happens to me too.
it only happens with my right shoulder, when i throw a punch i get a crack noise but i already get used to it and i dont worry about it at all, i dont feel uncomfortable or any pain so its a **** all like Chavez said.

probly nothin, but i would get it checked out just in case. could be minor now, but could turn into something much worse if you jus leave it alone. also, i personally always do cuban presses / rotations with a 5 pound dumbell before bed and when i wake up. i dont feel like explainin how to do them, so jus google it, i'm sure u know wut it is anyway. good luck

cracking noises usually occur from tendons moving around in the synovial fluid. it is usually harmless. like the others suggest, if pain or your range of motion are affected, consult your doctor asap. otherwise, you are probably fine. work through it.

Going off on a tangent here....
I had a mate who made a big deal of little things like this, and even muscle aches and pains. it is hypochondria + paranoia = procastination = becomign a bum! Trust me, stay away from this trap! If you think even the best in world get through training without minor niggles, pains, soreness and clicking you are just kidding yourself. Unless something is preventing you from operating effectively, forget it!
