    i was thinking about buying a punching bag for my house. i cant really hang a bag in my home so i wanted to get a water base filled bags and i also saw one that is water base filled and it is shaped like a man. so just gimme your thoughts

      Crap dont go with those....Since you cant hang anything in your house, I suggest this..

      I dont know if you are from the u.s. or not but at sams club, they have an everlast set...It has a stand and a 70lb heavybag and a speed bag for like $149.99

      Best deal you will get.

          Look around, they seem to be coming down in price...Im sure you can get them, go with one of those stay away from waterfilled bags...

                Monday-Saturday, I will do boxing and lifting routines and on sunday I will take a 3-6 mile jog. I also do ab work everyday.

                My boxing routines consist of

                jump rope
                heavy bag
                speed bag
                shadow box
                double end bag

                I do about 15 3 minute rounds of those.

                My lifting is like this

                Squats
                Incline Bench Press
                underhand pulldowns
                overhead dumbbell press
                dips
                barbell/dumbbell curls-I switch these up for instance I will do one set of barbells and then one set of dumbells and then one set of barbells another set of dumbells.

                I life pretty light and do 15x4.

                My ab routine consists of

                Crunches
                Bicycle crunches
                Standing Twists

                with sets of 25x4


                Also I will spar when I get the chance usually doing 6-10 3 minute rounds.

                That about sums it up.

                    No problem, Anytime...It isnt really all that bad once your body gets used to it though....
