the only punch thats decent is the jab there
and it doesnt even show you the proper footwork
and the fottwork is jsut as important as knowing how to throw the punch

            the hook is disgusting
if you do that your training would
get in the ring and ko you himself

the cross is ok but they still not showing the important thing
            the footwork
thats where the power comes fom the backfoot being lanted and you sitting on it

thats one of the worse uppercuts ever
your not supposed to **** your arm back and punch
you see how open the guy is when he is cocking back
your supposed to move your body low then bring it up with the uppercut

those demostrations look more liek rock em sock em robots than boxing

"boxer2k5" is right, they don't show any footwok patterns. However, it is a good basic guide for beginners and those interested in the sport.
It was good to see an actual pro-boxer, iceman Scully, posted the boxing advice. Iceman Scully adds credibility to the site unlike those cheesey and corny pilates ads run by no names.
Keep up the good work ***********!

                Don't worry...jack_the_rippuh to the rescue.
I know a site what is ten times better than that on teaching you how to bow, how do you think I developed such a deadly hook..
                here it goes..

i didnt read it because it had no pictures

its so hard to learn to box by reading and not having any type of demostrations

even pictures is hard to learn from because it doesnt show the full movement but at least you get the idea

                  but jsut to read

boxing or any sport you needs hands on training
but for those interested i guess you can read this
but if your eally want to learn go to the gym
