  • Question regarding weight

    How do you find out which weight class that fits you the most? Im currently 89 kg's and 175 CM, really need to loose some weight but i need to know how much i should loose

    Lose about 15 kilograms to start with, and then start working out hard in the gym and see what weight you float around at while you exercise and train hard

        simply put, get to the lightest weight you can get to while still feeling strong. when you start sacrificing power, stamina and energy for weight loss, you will have problems.

        the absolute MOST IMPORTANT thing though is to get your skills as good as possible. as james toney, roy jones, de la hoya, floyd mayweather, etc show.... if your skills are there, you can fight at any weight with success.
