It's a paradox lol, Hulk can become so mad and then strong that he can do just about anything.

Didnt they sort of make hulk a Cheater.. lol. in some stories the madder he gets the bigger and stronger.. so thats just like.. hey I'm infinitely stronger if i get motivated enough.

Yeah, the way comic writers manifest Hulk's strength sometimes is kind of ridiculous. I remember in the Secret Wars, the Beyonder tried to crush all of the 'good-guys' with an entire mountain range--which Hulk was able to lift off of them as long as Reed Richards kept him angry. Go figure...

Yeah it's always been that way but i think they made his base power less over the years.
