Get some whey protein, take 3 to 4 shakes a day minimum (75-100 grams), run 7 miles a day for at least 3 days a week. You'll lose the fat in about 2 to 3 weeks. The last bit is always the hardest to shed.....you have to work hard to get rid of it, that's the only way.
