Just wanted to share this here.
Comparison shot from May 20 where I was 249 up until yesterday where I weighed in at 211! Dropped 38 with a lot of hardwork and dedication! I trained super hard, but more importantly I cleaned my diet up! My wife and children were my MAIN motivation to get back in shape and it's been a great journey thus far and with my wife we will continue to progress. If you're out there and want to get fit, my advice is to 1. CLEAN YOUR DIET and 2. DEDICATE YOURSELF TO WORKING OUT and you WILL get results..but what you put it will be what you get out! I'm not done yet! Peace!
