push/pull/chin ups, shadow boxing with handweights.... theres also a whole lot of different ways to do push ups.
we also do this thing at my gym where we have a medicine ball and we through it as high as we can and hit the railing on the second floor of the gym and catch it as it falls down and repeat. this wears the **** outta your arm after 1 round...... id try that for arm strength, throwing a medicine ball as high as you can (like a basketball) and repeating...... see how that works otu for you.
use resistant straps i bought mine at title boxing it works good cause when u take them off u have **** loads of quickness and more power thanxs to the resistance u had
