Judge blocks Gulf offshore drilling moratorium

NEW ORLEANS—A federal judge in New Orleans has blocked a six-month moratorium on new deepwater drilling projects that was imposed in response to the massive Gulf oil spill.

Inspected by the Coast Guard? Uh maybe if the oil rig was smuggling drugs or needed CPR.

Who else is gonna do it? Anything near U.S waters or international waters that can compromise the waters of the U.S and its territories should be inspected by the coast guard.
