    Bout order set for Sengoku Seventh Battle, Kawamura vs. Lawal headlines

    With the 16-man field for World Victory Road's featherweight grand prix paired up just over one week ago, the organization has now announced the bout order for Sengoku Seventh Battle on its official website.

    While eight first-round tournament bouts will be contested, the charismatic Muhammed "King Mo" Lawal (3-0) and Ryo Kawamura (9-3-2) will headline the card in a non-grand prix affair.

    The HDNet-televised event takes place on March 20 at the National Yoyogi Stadium in Tokyo, Japan.

    Following the March 20 first round, the quarterfinal round of the featherweight tournament is set for Sengoku Eighth Battle, which takes place May 2 in Tokyo. The semifinals and finale will take place later this summer.

    James Thompson will face Jim York in additional non-tournament action at Sengoku Seventh Battle.

    Mo Lawal is a beast i remember watching him in RPW going right through guys. Give him a little bit of time and soon he'll be a household name.
