How do I shut off that stupid feature on google?

I hate when I type something and google tries to guess what I'm trying to type. It's annoying, why did they put that stupid thing on google? Any way to shut it off?

Turn off Javascript.

Or use the YesScript addon, it blacklists malicious and annoying **** like auto complete.

What pisses me off about it is that when it guessing what I'm about to type it ****ing loads new google pages without me even pressing enter. What the **** is that about?

Go to setting on the bottom right corner, and look for autocomplete --> off

EDIT: go to upper right corner, look for little cog, press on it and search options will appear. in it you will see google instant -- turn it off

are you sure it's not because you're afraid someone is going to google something on your computer and google will show your porn searches? lol.
