Chelsea will need to get the tie over with in the first leg, they don't won't to be going over to Italy looking for a goal. I think this is the tightest draw out of the lot, but can see Chelsea just having enough.

Villarreal v Panathinaikos

Panathinaikos are underrated. I can see them pulling it off.

Sporting Lisbon v Bayern Munich

Munich will be too much for Sporting i reckon.

Atletico Madrid v Porto

Close one this, but from what i've seen of the two teams i this competition so far, Atletico look the better outfit.

Lyon v Barcelona

Barcelona are the best team in it this year.

Real Madrid v Liverpool

Bad draw for Liverpool IMO. Unless Liverpool get an away goal in Madrid, i can see them going out.

Arsenal v Roma

Arsenal should have enough to see of Roma IMO.

Inter Milan v Manchester United

This isn't really a pick-em at all IMO mate, Inter haven't really played that good at all, and if Utd turn up with the right attitude, they'll go through easily IMO.

good predictions. i see Liverpool beating Madrid though, they seem to be European specialists and always pull it out when it matters. Ramos could surprise us.

I see Man U v Inter as a pickem cos of the Mourinho factor. he's a master motivator(not saying Fergie aint) and the Inter players would be really pumped up and they have quality. Tbh i would favour Man U in the long run but I could equally see it going the other way!

Altogether though i think this is one of the most competitive last 16's in years, theres no mismatches really. Should be good! Rollon Feb I say!
