Street Fighter has great characters, but they really stood out in Marvel vs Capcom imo. For some reason the mechanics of the SNES games made it less one player-friendly (not really the mechanics I just don't know what to call it). This is why I liked MK, I had fun playing against my bro, neighbors and friends but also had fun playing by myself. I think MK was a little smoother to control. Idk what it was about SF, maybe the animation or character movement or something.

The forgotten NBA Live from late 90s to early 2000s was a big part of my playing rotation too. Also MLB 1998-2001 from 989 Sports on PSOne.

Probably cos it was meant for arcade using a joystick not a pad

Gotta say no **** as joystick sounds really messed up
