In any country, even the USA, there's a need for help after a major natural disaster.

But under normal circumstances, the Muslim countries do not need aid from the West.

However, many people in sub-Saharan Africa would die without aid from the western countries. Africa cannot feed itself, despite being such an enormous continent and there being so much fertile land.

Again...Britain gives 1billion in aid to India....

There is an enormous difference between the rcih and poor....while the country is developing....the poor are NOT getting enough....to sate otherwise is being deluded...
