Philip Rivers and Brian Westbrook friends?

Looked to me the first person Philip Rivers went up to congratulate was Westbrook.

Now is that because there friends or is it because Westbrook is the only offense that the 49ers had tonight.

Btw, I don't know if it was Westbrook or not, I only caught the back of the 49ers but it looked like Westbrook in my opinion. I vaguely remember Rivers congratulating Westbrook when we played the chargers last yr I believe it was. I think they are friends.
