    when a boxer says he is training on conditioning what exacly is it?...... can anybody explain the ins and out of it.... i know its needed...but i would like to know conditioning programs and what conditioning does

    conditioning is running, and lifting, to get better cardio and strength.

      Conditioning is when you condition your self physically and mentally.

      Usually most people think of training when thinking about conditioning, as that is what most athletes do. Its basically getting yourself into a good position for the activity which you are doing.
