  • Should Joshua force the Wilder fight?

The other day, Hearn mentioned possibly changing course and doing a Joshua-Whyte rematch in 2020. If he's being honest about considering that, that means Joshua would have a chance to become interim WBC world heavyweight champion.

Hearn has also mentioned recently that he might be willing to do 50/50 now for a Joshua-Wilder fight.

So if the WBC was willing to guarantee Joshua 50/50 if he became the mandatory by beating Whyte for the interim title, is this a course Joshua should pursue?

It would be the craziest purse bid in the history of boxing. We could have our first ever $100 million or $150 million purse bid. It would be absolutely nuts.

His interview today said he will offer 50/50 fight to the winner for a fight in saudi in December

He doesn’t need to fight Whyte again to force anything. His four belts mean far more than mandatory

What if PBC doesn't want the fight in Saudi Arabia? Or doesn't want the fight on DAZN?

The fight would make the most money being on PPV live from the United States.

If you really want the fight to happen, a purse bid solves all of this. Both sides bid and whoever bids the most gets the fight.

Force the fight, if Wilder wins, by offering 50/50 and doing it in Vegas. Wilder would not, could not, refuse. Whyte already turned down a rematch

Eddie admitted he and Joshua had an ego problem back then. Now, he is willing to give 50-50. The only other problem, in my opinion, will be network issues...will Eddie insist on DAZN or take it to PPV? If it is PPV on joint networks, it will be easier to get it done. By December or early next year, both Wilder/Fury and Joshua would have got over their contractual obligations (hopefully).

If Wilder deserves 50-50 vs Joshua, then Ortiz and Breazeale deserved 50-50 vs Wilder.

                  - -AJ already minting his own $$$.

Fury and Deyonce have become flushable.

I dunno man, them Saudis are f*****g minted. If they wanna see a show, they pay.
In any case, I am all for any ideas which might force Wilder to stop ducking the fight with AJ.
