@NSB Help me sort out this top 10 list of the last 25 years. All input welcomed!

Making a top 10 list for 'the best fighters of the last 25 years'. Getting opinions from several places and will like input from NSB.


Last 25 years.
1987-Current

Cut off: Beginning of 1987.


Key Points:
This is NOT a p4p list. This is simply who you think are the greatest fighters. So h2h and resume definitely plays into it.


The FAB FOUR will not make this list due to the vast majority of their best days being from BEFORE 1987.


I am not as familiar with lower weight Mexican fighters as some of you and will love your input on those and how they compare to the higher weights.

I will also like someone to school me on Ricardo Lopez, he is the only fighter that I haven't really watched.

I get everything from 'he's the best fighter of the 90's to 'he's overrated and is not even top 10 of his era'

Actually I strongly disagree with the #1. Floyd is definitely top 10 of the last 25 years, but I don't see a case for him being ranked ahead of all these guys.
Even p4p, I will still put Roy-Pernell slightly ahead.
