  • Brits on tour

This 'ere thread is for those brave British boxers who take fights abroad and don't get much attention. I have been inspired by Godding's recent endeavours and the fact Askin is fighting in Poland this weekend.

Godding fought this weekend on the Klitschko-Wach undercard against Rafal Jackiewicz. I have not seen the fight but in the post-fight interview, Jackiewicz said he did not deserve the draw.

This weekend in Poland, Matty Askin tops the bill against an undefeated Polish cruiserweight in Krzysztof Glowacki, 17-0.

I'd never heard of Rick Godding before this fight. Did anyone see it? Was it a close bout or did the result favour either fighter?

Magee and Haskins could be in for a tough nights work, Magee is obviously the underdog, Haskins may come a cropper against this guy he's prett good, tough, durable, hungry.

Dont think I've seen van Heerden so can't comment on that one.

ESPN only showed the last 2 rounds of the fight, and he didnt look great in them, but they said he'd won pretty much all the other rounds clearly before that.

But then Bunce started yapping away like a **** to i couldnt take the complaints of a bad decision seriosuly. I dont think theres anyone on tv more annoying than him. Except maybe Jeremy Kyle. Maybe.

No Steve Bunce definitely takes the cake in that category.

I'm one of the ones who think Bunce is great.

                  I also love Marmite.
