I believe him to be the best fighter walking the planet right now, and has been for the last 10 years.
He LOVES the British fans, and the culture over here, and since the Hatton fight most boxing fans appreciation for him has increased tenfold. You only had to be at Peacock gym a couple of years ago to have seen that.
He’s always wanted to fight here, and you cant blame him, no atmosphere in the world compares to the one us British fans create.
It would be an event, a treat and a pleasure to have him over here to fight.
It would likely be Khan and i’d have every crossed that Khan could win, what a shot in the arm for British boxing that would be. With Mayweather approaching 36 years old by 2012 is could well happen for Amir, but we’d have to see, he certainly would not start favourite.
Ortiz has to come first, but i think Floyds will pass that particular test.
