Depending on what your goals are they are super.....When I lift and didnt have a lot of equipment I would use them...Great Workout...

i dotn see why they wotn work

your doing the same workouts except using weights you have milk juggs

i guess you can use anythign that will have resistance and you cna grip

a cinder block would do

this is a "discovery" ppl have always done this...but if u want to go 1 better..fill of a bleach or detergent bottle with water..the bad thing about this is...u might fill 1 bottle up with more water

I can think of a better work out using a pair of jugs!!
