well men.. then just train with a peek a boo stance, go the gym and use a peek a boo guard in sparrings... bag work etc..
i do and its been great for me, but i am short and kinda bulky so it adjusts very well to me i don't know your built but it works wonders if you are short, have good movement and a good amount of power, peek a boo its for in-fighting so there is no use in using it and trying to fight from the outside.
