GOLD Coast fighter Les "Lock N Load" Sherrington will continue using Toowoomba as his stepping stone to the top of world boxing after signing a three-year contract to continue his training in the city.
Sherrington committed to his long-term future this week in a training and management deal with Toowoomba's Brendon Smith.
The 30-year-old described his decision to remain based at Smithy's Gym as a "no brainer" after linking successfully with Smith earlier this year.
