  • How do I lower my body fat and look sexy.

    I've been training and tended to notice that if I train with hoodies and sweat alot my muscles seem alot leaner and more definition. I can't do this cuz I get dehydrated and if I drink water it goes back to normal.

    How do I burn the fat only in my body without losing muscles. Yet at the same time I want to gain muscle.
    I do alot of boxing training you know the typical training at the gym it's made me muscular but I can feel and see the fat on the skin the skin feels really thick to me.
    I want to thin the skin so the muscles show nicer.

    what should I do and how should I train.

    And don't give me bull**** about this being a boxing forum and not a weight lifting forum and how I should be serious bout boxing. I know most of you do this boxing **** subconciously for the ***** as part of the reason for boxing.

    Check your diet as a means to do it.

    Increase the good carbs and low-fat foods and eliminate or reduce high fatty foods.
