David Haye would have easily KO'ed that Toney and have UD'd that Holyfield.
Haye is slicker and faster than either of those 2 and possesses a much harder whack which he'd land with much more flush and more frequently than say, Sam Peter did.
Almost no chance for "Fat Toney" to survive.

Holyfield was shot by that point and had no significant wins thereafter. In fact, that loss was 1 of 3 in a row for Holyfield. I'd have to go with Haye.

I was just stating facts..
Haye would have belted any version of Toney, and that version of Holyfield, without fail!
