At long last..

  • At long last..

    ..I finally managed to drag myself out of bed at 06:30 this morning and do a 30 minute run. My intentions were to start doing this long ago, but I am the worlds worst at getting out of bed - I love my sleep!

    Currently in work just now and feeling pretty good, and surprisingly I am not tired. Hopefully it stays this way as I am at boxing training tonight.

    I am hoping to do 1 morning run per week from now on. Anyone else a fan of it?

    i used to run on saturday mornings. you feel great after a shower and feel ready for the day.
