This guide will train you on one of the most fundamental weapons in Muay Thai – the Straight (forward) Knee!

All of the best Muay Thai fighters in Thailand have perfected this technique. In Muay Thai fights that are judged in Thailand, a fighter who uses his knees more effectively will often win the fight. If you want to be a good Muay Thai fighter, you will need to learn the fundamentals of the Muay Thai knee.

GLORY Kickboxing shut down its events following the corona pandemic. Badr Hari against Benny Adegbuyi on June 20 was canceled. Since then there has been radio silence.

It is now reported on Facebook that GLORY would return on October 14. And with a huge line-up of fighters.Lions de l'Atlas, one of the largest Facebook groups with more than 800,000 followers, reports that an event is planned

How the f--k did Bukaw dominate K1 with barley no punches

The first thing you heard whem you get to a kickboxing gym is that even if you can kick, the punches still more important tham the legs.
So i was rewatching buakaw's k1 max fights and it shocked me how much he dominated the sport with such an alien style and with barely any hooks, uppercuts and bodyshots... the only "punch" he constantly used was that stiff jab to keep distance and as a feint.
The dutch style guys must have been embarrassed back them on how such a different guy dominated them.

That post above this guy though has more of a boxer style making Bukaw throw more punches in this fight .
