Far more deadly viruses' than the CCP Virus (Communist Chinese Virus) have already been developed with the USA being one of those countries. I recall listening to a podcast several years ago about a virus developed by the USA that has a 95% fatality rate. The major concern wasn't that it would ever be intentionally used but the risk of an accidental release. The CCP virus (better known as Covid-19) seems to be designed more to weaken an enemy than to annihilate.
