All jokes aside, I have never heard him speak. But like all other presidents, he comes off like a puppet. Not his fault though. US Presidents have mostly all been puppets. If they're not, they get killed. So Biden needs to play his role and don't veer off from what his bosses want.

Trump was neither funny or entertaining. He understood nothing, was a mental midget and made no sense when trying to discuss policy. His own secretary of state said Trump had no understanding of basic world issues and history.
