Easy peezy (and I'm super new at it)

To make a GIF, you need a video editor

There probably are some free tools out there but I bought Nero and use that.

Format that shlt to MP4

Plenty of free video converters out there

now you need a site to upload your shlt. GIPHY is boss (NO **** stuff, though. I learned that the hard way )

I use Tenor...no reason.


ezgif.com for after you've made your gif (sweet site)

You can also make gifs from a series of pics (up to 12 I think). I've haven't done one of those yet.
