He got caught up in a scandal a few years ago over this and it was swept under the rug, he also was caught with a jar of viagra not prescribed to him. The part of d.r. Where he stayed is dedicated primarily to prostitution and by far and large that’s minor boys and girls. It’s also where they can’t be touched by the law because even the cops won’t set foot there out of fear of being killed. You only go there for paid sex and to take drugs freely without repercussions. Some of this was also exposed when Whatsapp came under investigation for having these organizations running their services through the app.
