Exactly. The Elite stood up for themselves and called Punk out on his BS. Although those F the Elite chants in Chicago were kinda funny. I'm kinda liking this best of seven series. You think the elite come out on top. I think they probably do, but don't really care either way. Death Triangle actually make trios matches watchable for me and more than just spot fests, which I'm really liking. These guys seem to bring the best out of the Bucks.

There were also "F**k CM Punk" chants when they weren't in Chicago lol. I think it was during the first Death Triangle vs. Elite match.

I remember Death Triangle vs. House of Black at Double or Nothing being one of the best Trios matches I've seen all year.

I'm also okay with either team winning, but I have a feeling the Elite wins it. They were already punished in a situation where it wasn't even their fault for the most part and were forced to drop the titles after just becoming temhe first Trios champs.

Yeah the Lucha Bros always bring out the best out of the Young Bucks, I can watch them wrestle each other every week and not get bored. That's why I'm really loving this best of 7 series, and Omega and Pac have a lot of history too.

Yeah, in fact Lucha Bros vs. Young Bucks in that PPV cage match is so far the only 5 star match involving Young Bucks IMO. So I'm not as generous with 5 star ratings as Dave Meltzer, it seems. I didn't know that until recently actually. I also only gave the middle match of the Flair/Steamboat trilogy of 1989 5 stars, which was 2 out of 3 falls. I still gave the other 2 over 4 stars easily though. Like Omega vs. Danielson, which I gave 4 1/2. I just thought it took a little too long to get going and not a big fan of time limit draws, but once it got going, they really brought it. That's why I don't get all the hate Omega gets. Omega should be one of the pillars. I'd say Omega, MJF, FTR and Britt Baker. Maybe honorable mention to Saraya down the line, Death Triangle and the Bucks, at least in conventional tag matches, where I'm seeing the most improvement from them.

Omega is one of the best wrestlers today, I'm sure he gets most of the hate from WWE marks who are too closed minded to watch any other wrestling company. Hard to believe that he's already been wrestling for over 20 years.

AEW pillars like MJF and Jungle Boy were still 1st graders when Omega was already a pro wrestler lol.

And when FTR finally win the AEW tag titles, you think they should win them from the Acclaimed at a pay per view or that there should be some kind of transitional heel tag champs in between, like JAS, Tully's team or Ass Boys?

There will probably be a transitional team that beats the Acclaimed and then FTR ends up beating that team for the titles. Maybe the Ass Boys or Tully's team.

Whoever beats the Acclaimed will get some heel heat considering how popular they are with the fans.

I'm glad they listened to the fans and pulled the trigger and gave the Acclaimed the titles, sometimes you have to strike when thr iron is hot. Not sure if they were even planning on the Acclaimed winning the titles when they did.

It would have been cool to see FTR with the AEW, AAA, IWGP, and ROH titles all at once though. Too late for that now since they just lost the ROH titles.

Looks like Swerve in our Glory will finally break up, they been teasing that for too long now. On a side note, I just realized that Hit Row isn't very good without Swerve. I think Triple H rehired them more because he felt bad for them getting fired rather than them being good enough to bring back.
