I wouldn't mind. But they really need the actual AEW tag titles down the line. You know, the titles of the company they actually work for and this time and long ass run with them to be legit.

Reminds me of how Lanny Poffo used to come up with poems for every opponent in the mid 80s to early 90s as Leaping Lanny and The Genius. Also loving how the first 2 guys always get the name of the city they're in wrong and finally the tag partner of the guy rapping finally says the right city name, whose currently in a wheelchair before saying his catchphrase "The Acclaimed has ARRIVED" . They've become the cool heels of the company. Kind of like how New Day eventually did. With a little Roman Reigns sprinkled in because of the badassness of The Gunn Club.

Leaping Lenny was bland, but the Genius had potential. He could have been a great heel if they were committed to giving him a push. He was always used as a lower midcard guy or a sidekick to someone more important, like Mr. Perfect.

Apparently Savage got him a job in WCW, and they literally just paid him to stay home as they didn't want to use him, but didn't fire him either because that would have pissed off the Macho Man.

It's funny how Max is clearly a heel, but Anthony Bowes always comes off as a face. Screaming the name of the town is an easy way to get big pops, Mick Foley was the master of that haha. They'll be turning face eventually, the crowd gets into Max's raps. Doing dis raps about your opponents is what got John Cena over originally.

I like the one Max did about Jungle Boy. He was basically saying that Anna Jay was getting passed around by the Dark Order backstage:

“You’re so progressive, I’ve gotta emphasize
Cause you leave your girlfriend alone with seven guys”

He also mentioned an NDA on his last rap, had to be a stab at Vince.

That's what I was thinking too about the NDA and I laughed so hard when I heard that rap. Also loved how one of the Gunn Club guys looked right into the camera when that line was said
